WAFER Food Pantry

The WAFER Food Pantry offers free food to individuals in need of groceries. Individuals will receive a food package which contains 4 to 5 days worth of food. Working with the assistance of a volunteer, families choose the contents of the food package which will consist of non-perishable items such as canned fruit, canned vegetables, juice, side dishes, peanut butter, cereal, soup, pasta and tomatoes, beans, tuna, macaroni and cheese, frozen meat, personal care items for adults and babies, and additional items as available. Additionally, families can choose from a large variety of fresh produce, lettuce, bread, and dairy. Please note that parking is available on the east side of the building.

Food pantry service hours:

• Mondays through Fridays 10:00a.m. to 12:45p.m.
• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 4:00p.m. to 7:45p.m. 
  
  

Senior Share:

Food packages are delivered to low-income seniors 60 years of age and over. WAFER staff and volunteers will deliver these packages of food to meal sites, senior housing units or community halls. Please note that individuals must apply for this program.
