The Whidbey Homeless Coalition operates two shelter programs in Island County.
1. House of Hope Shelter:
Located in Langley, WA , House of Hope is a 90 day shelter for families and single adults who are homeless.

2. The Haven Shelter:
Located in Oak Harbor, WA, The Haven is a Night to Night shelter that moves clients from church to church while they secure a permanent building.; serve up to 30 individuals per night.
