If you have stayed in this shelter, how was your stay?

User Answers

  1. Me and my mom stayed there about 3 or 4 years ago now and it was ok, I just didn’t eat much cause the food was bad and made me sick. Other than that it’s good. The building was clean (because every adult has to do chores around the building which includes mopping, sweeping, vacuuming etc.....) you have a curfew which was 6pm. And the workers were really nice! We ended up getting a really nice townhouse from them to move out too!

Is this a safe shelter to stay in?

User Answers

  1. Yea it’s pretty safe actually! Just don’t walk around alone outside the building by yourself cause there are a lot of homeless males that Rome around. And it’s pitch black outside at night.

  2. Yes very safe I stayed a couple times and I felt as safe there as I would have at home. The food is something to be desired. I would love to come down there and teach them how to cook, I am a really good cook.

Do you have any advice for those wanting to stay at this shelter?

User Answers

  1. Utilize your time that you can leave before curfew especially to get food because the food their sucks. I got food poisoning from it. There’s a dominos down the street that delivers their so you should do that if you can.
