The Women's Center of Rhode Island has merged with Crossroads Rhode Island to better serve and provide safety and shelter to domestic violence survivors.
The Domestic Violence Program of Crossroads is an emergency shelter that serves exclusively domestic violence survivors and their children. The shelter provides 26 domestic violence survivors and their children in a confidential location where they will have basic needs assistance such as education, employment services and intensive care management. It is separate from the Crossroad Rhode Island additional shelters which serve homeless individuals and their families.
