They've been wonderful to us! The rules are common sense. The staff has been nothing but sweet.

This place is absolutely terrible. the staff talk down to you take donations and get mad when u ask for anything. the case manager and assistant director will do everything in their power to just kick you out. they dont care at all. there are bed bugs and mice. close this place down

They will kick you out before you leave on your own or finda place on your own so that you dont make them look bad for not helping you. They just did a girl and babies like that. 3 ladies with kids matter of fact but at different times. They walk in on you and go through ur stuff while u leave no privacy. All it is is a roof over ya head. Mice and bed bugs. No donations for the ladies they take them home. They give u housing applications but thats it. No housing everyone is finding houses on craigslist and the getting the county to help with 1st and last month rent. No type of support. They do pop up inspections and it must be cleaned or ur in trouble. if u dont come with food and clothes u wont get nothing. If u kiss their butt just for help u still wont get no help. Theyrecord 24/7 and if ur child drop something on the floor and dont pick it up u can get wrote up and kicked out. They search through ur mail and withhold some of it to try to keep u down like they kept my kids social security cards that was mailed to me. I needed them for my housing apps. Its nasty and dirty here. U have to wait until a group of other ladies come to be buzzed back into the building because they say it can be bothersome if u go out and back in.

Didnt even compelte the intake call the woman was extremly RUDE when i asked where to go to get my child birth certificate she said birth certificate services i asked if that was the name of the building she said its your child not mine how would i know. Ummmm i thought you knew resouces if i need one you should be able to point me in the direction to go to get it. Then tells me well discuss it when you get here but you just said i needed one upon arriaval. I just told her i dont think this will work out and she said me either and hung up on me. You think i want my 6 month old baby around that mess no thank you id rather sleep outside
