  2. Well, some have criminal records, they need to be reprimanded for their behavior problems; also not staff's fault, they should be paid more.

Up until yesterday 7/12/2019. I came here 7/8/2019 i have a scranton pa license so i have 30 days. As I was informed when i did paper work with Dan we can only line up at 7pm earliest. And that you need to come everynight if u want to ensure you have your day and you can keep your bed made to ensure ur spot for the next night and latest he can let us in is 9 if we have our bed made and are gaurenteed to a bed. So on Friday this woman comes looking for a bed. We informed her that the beds were all full and stsrts saying she came all the way from wilkes_barre and used up her whole 30 days out there. We told her that we dont know what to say just what we been told n have been following this entire time. She gets on her phone bitching saying she gonna make sure she gets in. Puts her stuff by the door and we tell her we can go over until 7. She ends up pushing the 2 woman that were in line out the way comes in. Lakwon tells her he has good news and bad news she cant stay last night but will for sure have a bed tonight 7/13/2019. Allows her to keep her stuff here even though she doesnt habe a bed. Allows her to use the bathroom and take a eoll of toilet paper. Tells us it first come first serve but that is not my understanding from what i was explained to by Dan and staff at the cic. If ur bed is made ur spot is saved
