Clients must live in West Chester zip codes 19380, 19381 or 19382.

Prescription Vouchers
Prescription vouchers are provided based on need and residency in the greater West Chester community. They are redeemable in the Rite Aid at the corner of High and Gay Streets. Our maximum voucher is $50.00 per client.
Eyeglasses
With a $5.00 copay and photo i.d. we will connect you with the West Chester Lions Club and Chester County Opticians to provide you with the proper eyeglasses. You will be required to undergo an examination and pick up your glasses after 14 business days. This service is available once every two years.
