RoofOver provides shelter for working families. Preference is given to two-parent families, but single mothers or fathers with children are also welcome. This is a small shelter and space is very limited. Please call or email to determine apartment availability.

ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Rental Assistance
Rental assistance is available to individuals and families living in Northampton County. This program provides one month's rent in order to prevent eviction or to be used as a security deposit.
To apply for rental assistance, please call EANC on any Monday morning to inquire about availability.

Utility Assistance
Utility assistance is available for low to moderate income utility customers in Northampton County. EANC can help to coordinate a reduced monthly payment, payment plan or, in some cases, programs to help pay off past due bills. For more information on these programs and eligibility requirements-

Food Pantry
EANC operates a Choice Pantry. Choice Pantries mean that participants can choose a select number of items from several food groups, rather than just receiving what is available. This allows participants to take items that they are familiar with and will enjoy.
The food pantry at EANC is open every Friday from 9am to noon and is available to residents of the 18042 zip code. Participants may visit the food pantry once each month.
