Tags Donations Needed: S.H.A.L.O.M. does not apply for nor receive and city, state or federal funding and relies solely upon monetary donations to operate. S.H.A.L.O.M. is an all volunteer shelter. None of the volunteers or staff are paid for their service to the homeless and less fortunate in our community. S.H.A.L.O.M. is always in need of pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, wash cloths, personal hygiene items (toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, shampoo, body lotion, shaving crème, razors, mouthwash, deodorant, combs, brushes, under clothing (men & women), t-shirts, socks, shoes, etc.. Volunteers Needed: Volunteers are always accepted and appreciated but neither volunteers or staff are compensated for their time and service. Thank you.
