  3. It was horrible, only a few staff members helped me, some of them need to go because of their attitudes, some rooms are filthy, the cops are there at least 5 times a day.

  4. This is the worst shelter ever, is very dangerous. The staff is violent and abusive, not helping anybody to move out. This place has not been inspected properly. they show the room that they want to show they should show the whole rooms. All the rooms is disgusting roaches rats is old. They mixed up with mental medical old people 85 years old should not be in a single woman shelter. We have people who has mental problems, wanting to fight people who don’t have mental problems, they need to close it down immediately.

  5. Constant fights, lot of drug use, nothing is done about anything. Most of the staff don’t do their jobs properly, they do nothing or have horrible attitudes. Drug addicts stealing from everyone & it’s well known but nothing is done. I was told this was the better shelter so why not get all the bad ones out, transfer or kick them out. Housing not helping the girls, case workers that do nothing to help your situation but keep saying they will but do nothing except want you to sign the paper. Some good workers/security there but not enough, lot of people should be replaced, some female staff act like they should be living there with the attitude they have. Police & ambulance there daily. They really need to change things around, replace a lot of staff.

I move to pams place in 7/2018. The experience here is horrific. That state of mind with some of these staff members and clients are not aware of their professional duties and the client over all welfare. I been here at pams place for over a year and it needs serious inprovements in respect to ethical matters. I was illegally evicted from my residence last year before that I live in my apartment for 8 years getting harassed, too come back to the shelter system and get tramatized some more. The lack of concern for clients safety, respect is very frightening..when you have been abused and suffere servere trama. I feel they look down on us by the way we are treated and that should not ever happen because its unethical and unprofessional to mistreat a person due to their of their living or financial condition. Pams place could really use understanding, caring, compassionate concern individuals to run that facility
