Regarding safety—yes and no. Smokers get away with smoking in the rooms, endangering everyone’s life. Some foods have no expiration labeled dates. Staff tries to make their own rules in order to gain control over clients.

Any shelter is not to stay for life but do what is required and needed and get out. Find a job then your own place.

The staff is on whole very courteous and respectful . There is a tall thin African-American gentleman of about 40 who works in the kitchen who goes beyond and above to accommodate the residents. The DHS police are very hard working and respectful. The only complaint is the security firm.They have proved to be rude and discriminatory

Great staff Asw need stop being rude seriously my daughter is in with her husband one of them refused to clean the hallway when they were told to saying my boss doesn't allow that so why in the rules of book of dhs says ask them when u see due to covid sir they need to speak to people right stop with the low fat milk whole milk will be nife for a change all this wheat wears the white bread beside that everything is good ...
