OUR Place is a low-barrier, housing-first emergency shelter.
They provide shelter and other services for 138 women, 38 families, 28 seniors, and all of their animal companions every day.
The facility is newly remodeled.
RISE advocates operate these homes 24/7 and support the residents as they work toward their goals.

Our Place shelter has been quite the devastation I didn't think I would find in Reno. Some staff really are concerned yet with an eating issue this facility has starvation and malnutrition problems. The females are hostile and the nights are scary and unsafe.

This place is filthy dirty. They house drunks and drug addicts for MONTHS at a time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who's trying to get their life back on track.

For me no and I won't let my son return ever.

NO. THE BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY. THE WOMEN THAT STAY HERE ARE MEAN.
