Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission Has Been Providing Help For The Needy Since 1955. The Mission Provides Meals For The Hungry And A Place To Rest And Clean-Up For Men Over 18. Food, Clothing, Furniture, And Appliances Are Distributed To People Who Have Experienced A Disaster Or Who Are In Need. The Drug And Alcohol Treatment Program Teaches Men About Their Addiction And How To Live A Healthy, Sober Life. The Mission Has Transitional Living Centers That Help People Get On Their Feet.
