New Liberty Family Shelter is a homeless shelter for families with children in Richmond, KY. The shelter has six apartments (two and three bedrooms) that provides temporary shelter for homeless families to stay in for up to six months. During this time, qualified staff members work with these families to assist them in obtaining permanent housing, while also providing counseling and crisis assistance.
New Liberty Family Shelter is accepting applications:
- In person Monday to Thursday from 8:30a.m. to 1:00p.m.
- Evening hours are available by appointments only.
Additionally, there is a food bank and produce stand in the facility.
Food Bank Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Thursday from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.
