Gateway is a wonderful place with a dedicated and passionate staff who all work super hard to assist their clients. GHC currently is a grant funded emergency shelter that strives to serve qualifying residents (single adults, as well as families with children of all ages and of any gender/race/etc identity) of Rowan, Bath, Morgan, Montgomery, and Menifee counties. Even if you are not a resident of one of those counties, still give GHC a call as the staff will work with you to provide assistance in any way they can! Each client who comes to shelter works with a case manager to obtain housing, as well as work on finding income/employment, accessing public benefits (like food stamps or other financial assistance), and for any other referrals a client may need (mental/physical health, budgeting, etc).
