Wellspring Center

WellSpring offers emergency shelter and supportive services to families.

WellSpring operates a nine-unit emergency shelter with efficiency or one-bedroom apartments (where residents live without cost for up to 30 days).

All apartments include stove, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. The utilities and laundry facilities are also provided at no cost. Our families also have access to a common entertainment area with toys and TV provided. Our residents are provided weekly success coaching for employment, and housing assistance. Those residing in emergency shelter are able to access classes for nutrition, parenting and stress management. Families are able to access our computer lab and on-site food pantry.

We provide a temporary residential setting with support and encouragement. Families have an opportunity to move to a permanent supportive housing apartment where they pay below market rent for an extended stay period of up to 2 years.

Intake is conducted Mon.-Thurs. 9 AM- 5 PM. Preliminary applications may be done via phone during those times at 765-342-6661 ext. 300 or by walk-in.

Provides emergency shelter for homeless Morgan County families; singles accepted only if children or pregnancy are involved. Assists shelter residents with food, clothing, transitional housing, counseling and referral.
Eligibility: Homeless or in need of emergency shelter; families w/children or pregnant singles.Must meet a 6-month residency requirement in Morgan County. Will consider accepting clients from adjoining counties ONLY IF THAT COUNTY DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER. Drug testing is administered.

Substance Aubuse Treatment is also provided at this location. Offers addictions treatment to homeless residents of Morgan County
