Our shelter is meant to help women and women with children who are temporarily without homes. We provide food, shelter, employment training, transportation to doctor appointments, interviews and other necessary needs. We also refer more specialized needs such as domestic violence and alcohol and drug abuse.
The Tiftarea House of Hope is located in Tift County providing emergency and transitional shelter for homeless women and women with children. We assist women to connect to with available resources empowering them to become self-sufficient. We aim to be a leading partner to insure that no women in the Tift County area has to spend the night on the streets because she cannot find or afford safe housing.
