The Salvation Army of Boca Raton is a social services location. Call for an appointment for a needs assessment. Office hours: T~F 9:30 1:30
Our Social Services Office offers assistance with dry goods from our food panty, clothing from community donations, emergency furniture assistance for victims of natural disasters; and utility/rental assistance (when funding is available).
We may also be able to refer you to other organizations if we cannot directly assist you with your needs.
Also provided at this location are:
Clothing Vouchers to be used at our local Family Store are available on Fridays; Individuals and Families must qualify due financial strain or emergency.
Utility and Rent/Mortgage Assistance is made by appointment ONLY; There are eligibility guidelines.
This is also a donation drop off location.
There is also a Salvation Army Family Store at this location.
Homeless and Substance Abuse Services: The Boca, Delray Salvation Army attends to the basic needs of over 30 homeless people a month. We provide them with food, clothing, hygiene needs and more. We also encounter and counsel those who are battling alcohol and substance abuse. Palm Beach County is fortunate to have The Salvation Army Center of Hope, a long-term recovery program for chronically homeless or substance abuse clients who want to change their lifestyle.
We are also partnered with 6 different facilities in our Boca, Delray area giving us the opportunity to visit and uplift nearly 1,000 seniors on a regular basis.
