We at Recovery Services feel that everyone deserves a second chance.we offer a clean, safe place to live and a new start. Our Vision is to be able to provide this environment for our ever growing Homeless and or struggling population. We treat everyone with respect and compassion. Our current population consist of: Single men & womenSingle women with child (up to 3 yrs old) Youth (18-24) Aging out of Foster Care SystemPersons with disabilities (Physical or mental)Recovery Services of Tampa Bay is a Christian Faith Based Non-Profit Organization, We are on a mission to be the home of choice for those currently struggling with Housing. We provide this much needed service with dignity and respect. We are here to help change the lives of those needing a fresh new start. We are here to support them and assist them while getting back on their feet.
Permanent housing is available for those whom have completed the program and are ready to have their own place. One, Two and Three bedroom apartments or houses often available.
We provide a Transitional / Supportive Housing, but in the event that someone is unable to become completely independent and move on, they will be allowed to stay in our Supportive Housing. Or if they choose to reside here permanently they are also welcomed. This is a plus for those receiving only disability income and unable to work. As this may provide the only economical solution.
The founder Albert Socorro has been assisting in the Community by providing low income housing to families and individuals since 2007. Later in 2011 Recovery Services of Tampa Bay was established to meet the needs in Hillsborough County for providing a safe and clean housing environment. We also provide a full array of resources available to our participants that are available to help them succeed.
Our current population being served:Men, women and Youth that are struggling or HomelessPersons with physical and mental disabilities or limitationsVeterans and Veterans and their families Youth 18-24 yrs old (aging out of the Foster care system.
Self Pay program: our program fees of $475/mo for a private room fully furnished room with all utilities. Access to washer & dryer and office resources (computer, fax and phones)
