Youth and young adults ages 16 to 21 who have exited foster care and those who are homeless.
What to expect:

When you join M-Power, youll find the path to realize your potential and skills to successfully transition to living independently.

With the support of M-Power, youll receive assistance with:

Want to help? Become a host family!

As a host family, youll build bridges to success for youth in our community who are eager to realize their potential.

Youll receive training, 24/7 support and a financial stipend to help cover the costs associated with caring for the teenager in your home.
