Years ago my family and I lived here. For the better part it was wonderful. The staff became our family. Marion Hinson was the director at the time. Caris Richardson ran the kitchen. Ms. Cephas was our family counselor. I loved them. My children also loved the staff. Ms. Terry was house manager. Sweet like the children.... although we were homeless I felt loved. They provided not only shelter and food but educational assistance..job training... transportation. Eventually I acquired our home. I also obtained my GED. I was the originator of starting the first NA MEETINGS there. It continued even after my family moved out. If I had to turn back time.. I would gladly and proudly go back to HOME LIFE MANAGEMENT CENTER.
