   It's a clean place for the most part, the staff is nice, however, they are not knowledgeable, and do not listen to what the clients have to say. They look down on the clients, and when they speak, Say. "Ya, ya, ya, ok, ok, ok," 95 percent of the time. Very disturbing, they want a client to take the path that they want, which is not such a good path most of time, due to the fact the care coordinators do not have licensing and are in recovery themselves, and don't know what there talking because they don't listen They really push everyone to go to the rescue mission, which in itself, demonstrates cult like behavior, and has abuse towards cleints, which is always swept under the rug. Most of the care coordinators can not even admin. A test for rapid rehousing, they have to depend on city net which is another useless group, except for referrals into TTEs, they never follow through with anything. I ve been dealing with the promises of city net for years. Tellacare, is the biggest waste of money, tustin and orange county have ever seen. I have paper work of promises from citynet and tellacare, which I can provide through email.. When my friend committed suicide dec 6, mike monteer, At ttes by strangulation. My other friend and I went to staff several times before that, to tell them the date and time mike was going to kill himself, they new the date and time at dec 6 at 10 am, with the 84 cameras that ttes purchased with the city of Tustins money, which the camera was just above Michael when he killed himself, you woul think that the staff might of looked at the camera just in case.
