Food Bank Of El Dorado County

The Food Bank distributes emergency supplemental groceries to recipients in rural and remote areas of the county through its Mobile Food Pantry providing enough groceries to feed up to 150 families.

Emergency Food Assistance Network
Our Food Assistance Network is a collaborative partnership made up of multiple charities throughout El Dorado County. This local food assistance network consists of emergency food closets, soup kitchens, maternity homes, abused women & childrens shelters, drug & alcohol transitional houses, homeless shelters, childrens programs, service clubs, school programs, emergency lodging programs, and more.

Holiday Outreach
During December of each year the Food Bank enlists the aid of an army of volunteers to assist in a special mission to feed our neighbors who struggle to make ends meet. Over a two day period, over one thousand families are provided with a shopping cart full of nutritious food - everything needed for a great holiday meal.
