1. My family arrived 1-31-2022 we were told it’s a 6 month stay and they offer extensions upon entry. I informed them my husband was sick and my 3 year old too; the case manager claim to know a process to expedite my services, well let’s just say they are not properly informed on anything if you don’t come with services they don’t have any to offer, the apartments are infested with roaches and the meeting are a waste of time. I can’t tell you one successful lead they have given me, since entry they force you to look for housing that your income doesn’t support with the constant threat of kicking you out in 6 months to add more insult to injury they waited 3 months into my stay to apply for my family an emergency housing voucher and now served us a 30 day notice to get out. During my time here I had to travel to Compton to another center in Compton called volunteer of America for help they connected me to proper resources to help my family and even issued us gas cards clothing card and provided food, the people that claim to advocate for us aren’t knowledgeable on anything.

2. I have been staying in a year. I am still staying here and it is true. It is infested with roaches, they constantly make excuses for why they won’t spray the unit or come and change the air filters. They said they only change it once every six months, I’ve been here over a year and they only changed it once, me and my one year old I constantly sick because of it they knew they were roaches in the apartment when we moved in here, and did not spray the unit before we moved in. Finally they are doing the process of a section 8 voucher I constantly get treated so disrespectfully by the staff. I could go on and on with this there is so many issues about these employees that run this place it’s bad you definitely have to protect your mental health while living here.
