Open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Intake M-F, 8-5.Bed availability based on needs assessment and waitlist.

Must contact prior to obtaining a bed.Emergency shelter with 40 beds between temporary sleeping trailers and communal housing.
Pets allowed (call for specific details to your needs). Crates and kennels on site. Veterinary services, food, behavioral modification training available for pets.

Case management with an emphasis on obtaining medical care, jobs, and housing resources. ADA shower trailer available on site. Food, internet access, laundry, TV, medical services provided off-site.

Tags Donations Needed: Men's and women's clothing. Shoes, socks, jackets, personal hygiene products for men and women. Books, art supplies, puzzles, crossword books, etc. Healthy snacks. Volunteers Needed: Contact Connections staff for details and application.

Do you have any advice for those wanting to stay at this shelter?

  1. Ask for what you need, sometimes it's easier to get than you think. Understand this is a low-barrier shelter. People may be mentally ill, intoxicated or both. It's not without its problems (inconsistent involvement/assistance from staff, rampant methamphetamine use) but it's better than than a lot of places one can end up.
