Beyond horrible. Rats, bed bugs, roaches, fleas, termites, leaky roof & windows when it rains, no heat!

They are phasing the pets out, even evicting and/or separating several from their owners.

Run in the other direction. The staff is very shady and can't/won't help you find housing.
