In the year that I've been in and out of Prado because of them not me I have seen staff come to work high I've been mistreated many times I've been asked to leave for no good reason they pick and choose people I don't fit into any of their categories that they get funding for so they kept harassing me till I finally left for good I only came back to City because I my husband died and I wanted to get healing here and I've got nothing but hurt from the homeless shelter that's supposed to help I've seen many things happen and if one of the funders would come in and recover they'd actually see what exactly happens at the shelter that everybody thinks is good when it's not Grace needs to be fired she's done so much damage to people not just myself her staff is horrible and educated and untrained they talk down to the clients they mistreat him they make people feel like we have to walk on eggshells all the time it's a horrible establishment and I used to work in a homeless shelter in Fresno on staff paid I tried to talk to KSBY they wouldn't listen so I don't know what to say in this city is a mess I'm outside with the addicts and mentally ill the drunks it's horrible out here slo needs to get fixed fast the staff need to be replaced with trained caring staff
