24-hour crisis phone line: (479) 246-9999 or 1-800-775-9011. Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter provides 24-hour emergency shelter for men, women, and children victimized by domestic violence or sexual assault.

At the Northwest Arkansas Womens Shelter, our advocates work with clients to help them and their families secure housing so they have a place to call home upon leaving our facility. Through our housing support program, we can help survivors secure housing in Benton County, Washington County, Madison County, and Carroll County. We help with rent, utilities, and housing applications on a case by case basis

You are supposed to feel safe here. I didn't and neither did my child. We had heard how hateful the director Brandi can be from other people in the area. I have had friends who have dealt with her personally, and she is so terribly mean to people. I knew this to be a safe place, so I thought that she would put her professional face on. The few times that I saw her, she was so hateful to everyone. I heard her on the phone speaking to her kid once and her husband another time and was shocked at how she was talking to them. How are we supposed to feel safe when the primary person over the shelter is so abusive to others? If you want to feel safe, this isn't the shelter for you.
