Kim is highly unprofessional and very rude. Equivalent to a doctor with terrible beside manners. Homeless people are already facing their darkest hour and arrived at their breaking point. Her attitude is not welcoming or comforting what so ever. In fact, it's the exact polar opposite. My situation is that I've been evicted 2 months ago and now facing a 72 hour notice to vacate from the sheriff. My lights are already disconnected and it's July so incredibly hot. But Kim insisted that I was my homeless and therefore did not qualify for her services. REALLY? I had to swallow my pride and humble myself to go to crossroads today and was left feeling far worse than I already do. This field REQUIRES a compassionate humble and empathetic positive uplifting encouraging demeanor. And regardless if she is providing services or finding proper resources for her clients it absolutely does NOT give her the right to be so rude. I am one semester from my bachelor's of sociology. My greatest desire is to become a social worker someday. I pray I never make anyone feel the way Kim made me feel today. I simply wanted to get inside somewhere cool and sleep bc I've got no electric so I've had very very little sleep. And the food is donated so anyone in need should be given a bite to eat and a bottle of water. Period. I will never ever go back there again! Ever. Ever ever.

This is one of the best places for the homeless in Florence. Yes there are rules & some who come there do not want to follow the rules. You cant run this type of place with all of these personalities & issues & not be firm. This ladies program saved my life. Anyone who has something negative to say is somebody that does not understand how these programs or funding works. They serve the homeless & have to use money for what it is given for. If you follow the guidelines you will be blessed by this program.

This lady saved my life by serving me on the street. I couldnt believe she would actually find us & make sure we had everything we needed. We love her out here in the street. Ive seen so many get into housing & I know that Im next. We love you Ms. Kim.
