Okanogan County Community Action Council Was Founded In 1965 To Address The Issues Of Poverty And To Provide Services To Low-Income Families In Our Rural County Located In Eastern Washington. Throughout Its History, Occac Has Created And "Spun Off" Other Non-Profit Organizations Including Head Start, Home Health Care, The Family Health Center Public Health Clinics And The Okanogan County Housing Authority.
