We are developing a new Food Bank Model that will allow a Food Bank to be self-sustaining by collaborating with a Farmers Market/Soup Kitchen and a Hydroponic Growing Facility, all under one roof. Focus will be on humanitarian support per hunger issues, child obesity, youth education in advanced agricultural techniques and farm business operations, while providing cultural and social support to the community. As a secondary benefit, we will create a new American Farmer business model, allowing a new farm family to earn a great living while giving back to the community. Three non-profits, all under one roof, championed by a new farmin family, educated and funded by the program, addressing a USDA Food Desert District.
