Fourth Church Food Pantry is a food pantry, by appointment only.
If you are a new Food Pantry Guest, fill out the self-referral form below, they will follow-up with details as to when you can go to the Food Pantry.
At your first visit, bring a photo ID and a current piece of mail for address verification.
If you are not already receiving SNAP benefits , they encourage you to call Project Breads FoodSource Hotline at 1-800-645-8333.
Make sure you check by calling the food pantry to confirm that they still are in operation and the hours have not changed.
