Manna House Ministries provides a food pantry. Serves Effingham, Liberty. Documentation Required: Picture ID/driver license, social security card, kids cafe: none. Referral Required: DFCS or church referral

Saturdays 10 AM - 12 Noon

We are located next to the local library in downtown Hinesville GA. We currently service in excess of one thousand individuals monthly, providing emergency grocery assistance at no cost to needy citizens of Liberty County. Our cliental includes low-income families, low-
income seniors, unemployed and underemployed and disabled citizens who are in need of food. Our soup kitchen serves prepared meals on
Monday Friday from 4:30 - 6:00pm to the homeless and others in need of daily nutrition. We are funded through private donations from churches,
civic organizations, businesses, and individuals. We are a local help agency for The United Way of the Coastal Empire.

Manna House distributed more than 148,000 pounds of perishable items to needy citizens. We provided grocery assistance to a clientele of over 800 adults, 380 children and 150 low-income seniors. Manna House soup kitchen and after school snack programs prepared and served more than 5,300 meals. These meals provide daily food security to the homeless and unemployed citizens of Liberty County.
Liberty County Manna House is a qualified IRC 501(c)3 charity.
