Eligibility:
- Working families
- Families who have been laid off during the year,
- Currently in shelter or have been in shelter in last 90 days
- Family on state assistance with lost, stolen, or late check
- Elderly persons
- Pregnant teens

- Between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday
