Plainville Community Food Pantry And Fuel Bank is a food pantry. Serves Resident of Plainville in need, Documentation Required: Proof of all income including all income from other members of the household, Proof of residence, Copy of any benefits currently being received, Copies of rent, mortgage, phone, gas, cable, and oil bills, Drivers license, Social security Cards for all members of family, Checking account statement, Savings Account statement, Car payment information and 1040 tax form (if filed)
Food pantry service hours: Monday: 1-6pm and Tuesdays though Fridays 9am-12pm and 1-3pm. Will deliver to homebound individuals with a doctor's note. .
