Bags of Love Nutrition for the Homeless
Our Bags of Love program provides ready-to-eat food to hundreds of homeless people in Sonoma County who are seriously ill and at risk of food insecurity.
Homeless individuals who are eligible for our services often don't participate because shelter instability keeps them on the move, they lack transportation to our location, or they simply don't have a way to store the fresh groceries we offer.
We created Bags of Love to ensure this vulnerable segment of Sonoma County's homeless population has access to our healing nutrition services.
