The Apache Junction Food Bank, currently known as the Superstition Community Food Bank, offers assistance to individuals and/or families in need. Once a month, individuals can pick up a cart of groceries that weights a minimum of 25 pounds of food, which would include nonperishables, fresh produce, breads and other items. Availability of food are subject to donations.
Eligibility Requirements:
Valid Drivers License or State IDMail with current address (i.e. utility bill, rent receipt, government mail)Proxy letter: these are required for someone to pick up food for an incapacitated individual. This document should include the number of adults and children living in the household. It should also give permission to pick up the food, include complete address, confirm names and ages of individuals in household, copy of picture ID, copy of utility bill or documentation showing person's name and address. Also, make sure this letter is signed and dated.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.Closed on state and federal holidays
